THIS CEO SHOWCASES THE DEFINITION OF TRUE LEADERSHIP

Dan Price, the CEO of Gravity Payments pledges to implement a plan that will increase his workers’ wages across the board, which includes dropping his own CEO level salary to $70,000 a year in order to help the cause. This is what true leadership is all about. He put’s people over profit and programs.

True Leadership

Some CEO’s tend to get a bad reputation when it comes to their leadership practices, but Dan Price is what I’d call the definition of true leadership. Why? Because leadership isn’t about building big companies or making tons of money./web/20190913110747if_/https://www.youtube.com/embed/-H1fnU16LJU

I believe true leadership is showcased when men and women can put the needs of others before themselves. That’s leadership. Be someone people can look to as a role-model.

Dan Price is a guy I will continue to follow for leadership advice. I believe his practices should be utilized in companies and organizations around the world. Imagine if everyone began putting the needs of others before their own desires. The world would be a drastically different place.

I applaud Dan for his actions, and I excited to see that the world still has people who are willing to do crazy things for the sake of good.
