The reality is: You can know everything about Kobe, but you still don’t know Kobe. You’re just a fan. And my conviction is how many of us treat Jesus the same way.

• Born: In a manger.
• Schooling: Spirit filled.
• Draft: God’s only Son. 1st round pick, John 3:16.
• Biblical Debut: Matthew 4:13-17
• Age: Timeless. ▪ Experience: 3 years.

It’s easy for us to get caught up in the statistics of Jesus. But in the end, will that suffice? Jesus is looking for depth, love, and sacrifice. Although statistics and knowledge can be wonderful attributes to your relationship with Him, they alone will NEVER replace a true relationship within Him.

You can know everything about God, and still not know Him.

Jesus is looking for followers, not fans.

Matthew 7:22-23 – Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles in your name?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me.”

Jeremiah 29:13 – You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
